Posted: Updated:
ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. -

Police say two meth-makers are off the streets after a drug bust in St. Johnsbury. Yesterday we brought you exclusive coverage as police raided two locations.

Today, the U.S. attorney's office confirmed Thaddeus Gordon and Shawn Greenwood are in custody and have been charged with making the drug.

After receiving a tip, police used an undercover agent to buy meth from Greenwood and Gordon.

The lab was in a wooded area near a cemetery. Ingredients used to make meth, were also found.

According to court records, Gordon admitted to making meth more than 15 times in three months.

40-year-old Greenwood claims he had nothing to do with the crime, and he says he has Hepatitis C and a potentially deadly iron condition.

His request to be released was denied.

Both men are due back in court next week.
