According to the CDC, in Mississippi 35% of adults that are obese. That's the highest percentage in the nation.
A new report shows by 2030, 13 states could have obesity rates topping 60%.
Some experts say it's tough to predict future weight trends.
A weight-loss challenge is also proposed by the report.
It says, if all adults reduce their body mass index by 5%, states would save billions on health care.
