Calling all pictures! We here at Fox44 & Abc22 are having a photo contest of foliage this Autumn season. We want your best pictures to showcase the beautiful area we live in.
Here's how it works.
- Log onto www.fox44now.com
- Find the banner that says SHARE YOUR VOICE. You may have to scroll down just a little bit, the banner that says 'upload pics & vids.'
- Click on that and a new Internet browser window will open up.
- Upload your foliage photos! (You will need to create an account if you don't have one yet. It's easy and quick, don't worry!)
- Win a prize!*
*I must say, we haven't decided what to give the winner yet, so stay tuned for those details!
We're doing this for a couple of reasons. One, to show off your pictures on air and give you the big SHOUT OUT! Also, to get an idea of what the foliage looks like in certain regions. We have plenty of web sites to go to with information regarding foliage reports, but even more is better.
You can also upload pictures via our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/fox44localnews We'll include these and keep track of who submitted what picture.
This contest will run through the end of foliage season, which is late October. So you have plenty of time to snap that beautiful pic and send it in. I know I'm going to get a couple of the brilliant colors, so let's see if you can beat ME! Good luck and thank you :)
