The Vermont man accused of crushing several police cruisers in August was due in court Tuesday to face a new charge of driving with a suspended license.
When Roger Pion missed his 9 a.m. arraignment, his attorney went to his house to pick him up.
The court gave him until 4 p.m. to show up before they issued a warrant for his arrest.
Pion was released from jail last month on an unrelated charge.
