The results are in for Vermont's Progressive Primary recount.
A Vermont judge says the original results were correct and Martha Abbott is the winner.
Abbott received 381 votes, her write-in challenger Annette Smith received 340.
One vote separated them in the original count. It took a day and a half for county clerks to recount them all.
Smith asked for the recount despite Abbott withdrawing her candidacy and backing Shumlin after the initial count.
