ST. ALBANS, Vt. -
A place that supports those in need in Franklin and Grand Isle counties got some much needed help.
Now the Samaritan House in St. Albans will reopen Tuesday.
Last year, Governor Shumlin announced the homeless and transitional housing shelter received $600,000 for renovations.
Representatives Peter Welch and Senator Bernie Sanders helped secure the money.
Staff tell us renovations are complete and they are able to once again help those in need.
