Governor Andrew Cuomo is expected to make a decision about a gas pipeline in New York this month.
Pipeline operators are setting their sites on the Empire state.
They want to carry low cost natural gas from wells in Pennsylvania to customers in the northeast.
The $750 million pipeline has many suspicious that perhaps it's a sign gas drilling could begin in New York.
Opponents say that poses environmental concerns.
