After serving more than 5 years on the Burlington City Council, Ed Adrian says next month will be his last.
According to a letter posted on his website, Adrian says he's taking a break from politics but will weigh in on important issues via Twitter.
Last month, Adrian dropped out of the race for state senate, citing family reasons.
As far as his council seat, there will be a special election in November.
