A Winooski woman is Vermont's newest millionaire after winning Shaw's "Sizzling Summer" giveaway.
26-year-old Tanya Lewis was all smiles as she walked into the supermarket's Colchester, Vt. location Wednesday morning.
She describes the feeling as "unbelievable."
Throughout the summer, Shaw's customers collected game tickets for a chance to win various prizes, the biggest of them being this $1 million check.
Many asking Tanya, what she'll do with the money.
"I'm definitely going to save a lot of it so I can have a very nice future, when I retire have some money saved up," Lewis said. "And, I want to buy a house, try and buy a house for my family my parents as well. Me and my boyfriend want to go on some sort of vacation."
The game ended last week and you have until September 6 to claim any prizes.
