MILTON, Vt. -
Police now know who was behind the vandalism incident in Milton, Vt.
21-year-old Dylan Martell, of South Hero, Vt. and 22-year-old Cameron Stommel, of Milton came to police after seeing their truck posted by the media.
Police say they fired illegal fireworks from a white truck at two parked semi-trailers on Cobble Hill Road in Milton.
Stommel fired the fireworks which created the hole in one of the semis.
Martell than performed doughnuts in the parking lot.
Both will appear in court on October 4.
