FRANKLIN, Vt. -

A former IRS investigator in Vermont has pleaded guilty to concealing records for a private business.

Prosecutors say Richard Andersen, 46, of Franklin, Vt., failed to turn over time cards from a Sears Hometown Store he owned in St. Albans, Vt.

Early last year, the Labor Department began looking into him.

Andersen is being charged with obstructing a wage and hour investigation.
