Vermont Man Faces Second-Degree Murder Charge

FERRISBURG, Vt. -

A Vermont man is expected to be arraigned Monday on a charge of second-degree murder following a weekend fight that left another man dead.

Vermont State Police say Joseph Bolduc, 25, of Burlington, will be arraigned on various charges in Middlebury, including driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest and attempting to disarm an officer.

Police say Bolduc was one of several people involved in a fight at a bonfire in Ferrisburgh shortly before midnight Friday.

Conrad Bell, 40, of Vergennes, was taken to the Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington where he died from his injuries.  

Bolduc will be arraigned at Vermont Superior Court in Middlebury at 12:30 p.m.
