Church Street in the summer is packed... Church Street with a sidewalk sale is a zoo!
Hundreds of people cruised the Marketplace Wednesday. All of the businesses pull out their merchandise and slap a sale sticker on it.
The annual sidewalk sale also features restaurants from the area. The sidewalk sale goes through Friday, but some retailers will keep the sales going throughout the weekend.
"We're going to try to go through the weekend, it depends on how much we can move, whether it's sooner or later," Katie Hjort, Manager of Happy Trails said.
And don't just stay under the tents, a lot of stores will have sales inside on current merchandise as well.
