A senior center, damaged by fire, will celebrate its official reopening Tuesday.
The Montpelier Senior Center on Barre Street was destroyed by fire back in 2009.
It's been open for a little while now, but today Vt. Governor, Peter Shumlin, will officially mark its return.
The project cost almost $2 million to complete. Much of that money came through community donations.
