MARSHFIELD, Vt. -
A Marshfield, Vt. man is dead following a crash around 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon on Route 2.
Police say 74-year-old Norman Franks was driving east when his vehicle crossed the center line, went off the road and hit a ledge. It then rolled over.
Police say Franks was not wearing a seat belt.
Route 2 was closed for a few hours, it is back open now.
