Some New York and Vermont residents are still without power after Tuesday night's storms.
According to a press release by Green Mountain Power, 361 customers are still in the dark. Power is expected to be restored around noon.
In New York, NYSEG.com says 56 customers in Essex County and one customer in Clinton County are without power.
