BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Burlington Police have arrested a man involved in a Burlington, Vt. laundromat stabbing Monday morning.

Police say Chaty Register, 43, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. He stabbed another man through his arm at a laundromat on North Ave.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is being treated for his injuries.

According to a press release, Register fled the scene before the police arrived at the laundromat. Register was located at a Front Street apartment. He came out of the apartment and was arrested without incident.

Police say the argument was over a tattoo.

A weapon was found in the grass, but not the knife that was used today.
