LOWELL, Vt. -

Trespassing charges against protestors arrested at Lowell Mountain will move forward.

A defense lawyer, for several protestors, argued the state was abusing the criminal process in trying to resolve a boundary dispute.

A Vermont judge ruled that he doesn't think that's the case.

As for the wind project, it's scheduled to be completed this year.
