PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -
Plattsburgh Police have arrested a man, who they say, destroyed a library book depository Tuesday.
Tyler Brassard, 22, of Ellenburg Center, N.Y. hit the depository with his car then fled the scene.
A press release says that Brassard told police he was scared.
Brassard is being charged with driving the wrong way on a one way street, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving.
He will appear in court later this month.
