Vermont State Police arrested a Quebec man for traveling at excessive speeds.
Police say Innocent Vladimir, 43, of Montreal, Quebec was traveling at 100 MPH on I-89 south in the town of Royalton, Vt.
Vladimir was cited to appear in Windsor Superior Court and was released.
