VERNON, Vt. -
A Vermont woman has been accused of attacking her sister and a police officer, and driving under the influence of alcohol with her 3-year-year-old child in the car.
Jill Morse has been charged with domestic assault, driving under the influence, assaulting a police officer, child cruelty, and other charges. She had an appearance Monday in Windham County Superior Court.
Police in Vernon said an argument between Morse and her sister on Friday night escalated. Morse was accused of punching and kicking her sister.
