CHAZY, N.Y. -
New York State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle and automobile accident in Chazy, N.Y. Wednesday.
A press release says, the driver of the motorcycle, James Wilson, 26, of Chazy, N.Y. crashed into a car driven by Carol Guindon, 61, of Verdun, Quebec after she made a u-turn. After hitting the car, Wilson was ejected from the motorcycle.
Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say, Guindon and a rear passenger, Nancy Bourdeau, 45, of Brainville, Quebec were transported to CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. Bourdeau was later transported to Fletcher Allen Health Car in Vermont due to her injuries. She is currently listed in critical condition.
The press release says there were two other people in the car during the accident. They did not sustain any injuries from the accident.
Police and the Clinton County District Attorney's Office is investigating this accident.
