ST. ALBANS, Vt. -
A Vermont man was arrested for driving while intoxicated with his 5-year-old son in the back seat of his truck.
Police say, they received a 911 call of a blue Ford truck driving erratically, weaving and drifting between lanes on I-89. The driver was identified as Thomas Berno, 48, of St. Albans, Vt. He recorded a BAC of 0.179%.
A family member picked up the child from the scene.
Berno is due in court in the beginning of July.
