LEBANON, N.H. -

A leader of Vermont's efforts to revamp its health care system is traveling across the Connecticut River to brief doctors at New Hampshire's Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

The Lebanon hospital is just across the Connecticut River from Vermont and many of its patients come from the Green Mountain State.

On Monday, Anya Rader Wallack, chair of Vermont's Green Mountain Care Board, speaks at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock grand rounds, a regular meeting of physicians and others designed to keep them up to date in current issues in health care.

The Green Mountain Care Board is designing a system for universal and publicly funded access to health care for Vermont residents.
