Vermont Air Force members are gearing up for a combat mission.
The head of the Vermont National Guard says sometime next year a couple hundred members will be shipped out.
Soon-to-be 3-star general Michael Dubie says the group is preparing for a mission that is scheduled to take place sometime in 20-3.
All he can tell us is it will be a combat mission.
He can't say where or when yet.
Dubie says their original mission has already changed, but it should take them out of the country for more than 100 days.
