Vermont State Police stopped a New York driver for excessive speeds.
Police say, Kelly Treiber, 20, of Sea Cliff, N.Y. was going 96 mph on I-91 in Dummerston, Vt.
Treiber was arrested and is expected to appear in Windham District Court in July.
