Vermont State Police stopped a motorcycle driver for excessive speeds on Route 22A in Orwell, Vt.
Police say, Jonathan Ryan, 27, of Benson, Vt., was traveling at 85 mph in a 50 mph zone. The motorcycle was not registered, not insured, and the license plate did not belong to the motorcycle.
Ryan was cited and will appear in Addison Court in August.
