BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Revolutionary War reenactors will recreate an encampment of colonial militia at the Ethan Allen Homestead Museum in Burlington next weekend.
The Warner Regiment is planning to recreate soldiers who were training to reinforce the American forces in Canada in 1776.
Visitors will get a chance to the view their lifestyle as well as tools and crafts from the time.
Museum interpreters will also offer tours of the historic Allen House, home to Ethan Allen, the leader of the Green Mountain Boys, who made a name for himself by helping to take Fort Ticonderoga from the British in the early days of the Revolutionary War.
