A Vermont woman has pleaded not guilty to aiding people charged with committing multiple burglaries.
Alivia Lawrence of Putney is accused of driving people involved in the burglaries to and from targeted businesses. Police said the 19-year-old told police she would receive text messages or calls giving her instructions, and was offered money.
The Brattleboro Reformer reports the burglary spree began last July at store in Putney and included break-ins at a diner and a fitness business.
