An accident many don't ever want to be involved in, one with a police car.
Vermont State Police in Rutland say, Jesse Clayton, 33, was texting while driving in the city.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Field Avenue and Church Street.
Clayton briefly stopping at a stop sign to finish a text message, continued to pull out, when he hit an oncoming police car.
No one was injured during the accident, Clayton received numerous tickets for causing the crash.
