WASHINGTON -
Democratic Senator Patrick Leahy is urging the Supreme Court to uphold President Obama's Healthcare Reform Law.
A press release says that Sen. Leahy, who is the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, addressed the issue during a speech on the Senate floor.
He called on Chief Justice John Roberts to keep the law in place.
Justices heard 3 days of oral arguments, challenging the Constitutionality of the law back in March.
The Supreme Court is expected to make a judgment on the case in June.
