AAA is reporting that gas prices will decline by summer time.
The national average is expected to drop to $3.79 per gallon.
Oil prices have been dropping lately, coming down around $8 a gallon in the past few weeks.
While the drop in pump prices may not seem like much, industry experts say drivers will save around $10 billion during the summer travel season.
