BOLTON, Vt. -

The driver who lost control and caused the crash state police say shouldn't have been behind the wheel in the first place.

Police say 29-year-old Jason Potvin crossed the median Monday morning and crashed head-on into a truck.

He died instantly, along with 29-year-old April Otis.

Eight-month-old Hunter Potvin was also killed in the crash.

Here's what we've learned about Jason Potvin, he was driving with a suspended license.

State police say they took his Vermont license away last October because he didn't pay fines in relation to losing points on it and he didn't have insurance.
