Posted: Updated:
BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A Burlington Vermont restaurant agrees to take step to comply with the American with Disabilities Act.

According to a press release, an onsite survey of Three Tomatoes Trattoria revealed American with Disabilities Act ("ADA") compliance issues related to the restaurant's entrance, dining areas, and toilet rooms.

Three Tomatoes agreed to make the changes by June 30.

The United States Attorney for the District of Vermont says Three Tomatoes cooperated completely and fully with them and the owners quickly recognized their obligation to meet the accessibility requirements of the American with Disabilities Act.
