New York State Police Arrest Two Men in Tony's Auto Sales Burglary

MALONE, N.Y. -

New York State police arrest two males involved in a burglary at Tony's Auto Sales that took place last Saturday.

According to the police's investigation, a pickup truck was used to crash through an overhead door and a number of auto parts, including two vehicle engines were stolen. The stolen property was recovered from a scrap yard.

Christopher W. Tuper, 31, of Malone, N.Y. was charged with 3rd degree burglary. Tuper was arraigned in Bangor Town Court and is being held at the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Adam F. Gervais, 25, of Malone, N.Y. Was charged with 4th degree criminal possession of stolen property. Gervais was arraigned in Ellenburg Town Court and is being held at the Clinton County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Police say, the investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending.
