ROXBURY, Vt. -
Vermont State Police say a Roxbury, Vt. Teen was unhappy when his parents shutoff his cell phone.
According to a press release, the parents shut off the 15-year-old boy's phone as a disciplinary action. The teen then caused damage to his parents' home with a sledgehammer.
The teen was charged with unlawful mischief and is expected to appear in Washington County Family Court in early June.
