Burlington Police Department arrested a man involved in an assault in front of the Tree Needs Bar in Burlington.
Police say, Jordan Gaboriault, 20, of Burlington was arrested for his participation in the aggravated assault that injured a University of Vermont senior early Friday.
The altercation was unprovoked by the victim who was hospitalized at Fletcher Allen with serious head injuries.
