HARTFORD, Vt. (AP) - Police say a motorcycle operator died from his injuries following a collision in Hartford, Vt.
Hartford Police Sgt. Karl Ebbighausen (ebb-igg-HOUZ'-en) says the motorcycle operated by 45-year-old David Blake of Hartford collided with a car that pulled across his path Saturday morning.
He says emergency medical technicians worked on Blake at the scene before the victim was transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police say the driver of the car, 47-year-old Brian Broe from the village of Wilder, was not hurt. A state police accident reconstruction team is assisting local police in the investigation.
