Jury Convicts Former Rutland, Vt. Resident for Selling Heroin

MONTPELIER, Vt. -

A jury convicts a former Rutland, Vt. resident of selling heroin.

According to Vermont's Attorney General's Office, Tiffany Felix was found guilty on one count of felony sale of more than 200 milligrams of Heroin.

Court evidence showed Felix selling 10 bags of heroin containing more than 218 milligrams of heroin for $150 to an individual co-operating with the Vermont Drug Task Force.

Felix will be sentenced at a future date. The maximum penalty is imprisonment for not more than 10 years, a fine of not more than $250,000 or both.

Felix was released on conditions.
