ESSEX, Vt. -
Police arrested Andrew LeBlanc, 20, of Tupper Lake, N.Y. in connection with the aggravated assault at the Maple Street Park in Essex, Vt. Monday.
Police say, LeBlanc was located as passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over for an unrelated matter.
LeBlanc is believed to be a suspect in the beating of a 52-year-old male. The male was treated for his injuries at Fletcher Allen Heath Center.
LeBlanc is being lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility for Aggravated Assault.
Police are still investigating and anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact the Essex Police Department at (802)-878-8331.
