BURLINGTON, Vt. -
A disturbance in Burlington sent one woman to the hospital Sunday.
According to Police, a 26-year-old Milton woman was found to have a severe laceration on her facial area and a puncture wound on her back.
Witnesses led police to West Allen Street in Winooski where they arrested Tatiana Horton, 25, of Winooski on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and maiming charge. Tanisha Tyler, 28, of Winooski was also arrested on a simple assault charge.
Horton and Tyler were held on $5,000 and $1,500 bail respectively and await arraignment in the Chittenden Criminal Court Monday.
