Brattleboro, Vt. - A Massachusetts truck driver faces DUI and drug charges after police say he was driving erratically in the Green Mountain State.
Witnesses reported a tractor trailer weaving in and out of traffic near exit 3 on Interstate 91 in Brattleboro, Friday night.
A Vermont DMV inspector stopped the vehicle and smelled marijuana coming from the cab.
The driver, 44-year-old Paul Brousseau, admitted to smoking marijuana and 52 grams of the drug were found in the truck.
The trailer was on its way to Bellows Falls, transporting cars.
